The 1,5 km long trail goes trough heather fields and juniper moors to the eastern side of the island, where you can find the the Chapel of Vänö and a beautiful sandy beach. You go back along the same way as you came.
You can take your own boat, taxi boat, the ferryboat Stella and even kayak to Vänö.
On the island there are two nature trails. The terrain and landscape along the trails vary and there's a possibility for the walkers to meet livestock that graze on the island. Read more about the longer Vänö Nature Trail.
