We offer good cuisine á la Martha, archipelago delicacies and authentic home cooking in the beautiful halls overlooking the Dragsfjärd lake. We can tailor a special package for celebrations of all kinds. As an alternative to the accommodation in the main building are our newly renovated town homes of hotel standard. Pets are welcome to stay at the row house for an extra fee.
Conference packages in our cozy spaces can be combined with a seaside sauna experience for example. During the summer you can also plan any party or event that you can imagine.
School camps are welcome year round. We like to pamper our younger guests with delicious and nutritious homemade meals, fresh homemade bread and a lovely neighbourhood with the best that nature has to offer.
The history of Labbnäs dates back to the end of the 17th century when Labbnäs served as a rectory. Amos Anderson bought the property in the 1950s and donated it to The Kimito Islands' Martha groups who still own it today. This is where the story of this idyllic vacation home began.
Today, Labbnäs honours its historical roots while still constantly evolving. One of our most popular traditions is our summer flea market that is usually visited by several hundred people. During the event our visitors may also enjoy our famous salmon soup.
Another popular event is winter bathing which attracts some twenty swimmers each week throughout the winter. The winter bath is held in our large wood-fired sauna and in our wake which remains open all winter.
Labbnäs also acts as a restaurant for catered events. We accept all kinds of bookings and tailor them to the customer's needs. The food is mainly prepared in our own kitchen and in cooperation with other local businesses; we try to make use of as many local ingredients as possible.
