Kulturhus Björkboda (KUBU)
KUBU is a cultural house on Kimitoön island. The 100-year-old Björkboda Folkskola was given a new lease of life in the form of a cultural center in 2022 when Kulturhus Björkboda, nicknamed KUBU, opened on the premises. The house hosts a year-round exhibition program, weekly courses and workshops, a craft shop and a pop-up café. The house also has conference rooms, a gym and stage, a small library and collaboration spaces.
