How to get to Kimitoön

Kimitoön is located in southwestern Finland, less than an hour’s drive from Turku and around two hours from Helsinki. The island is easily accessible by car or bus, and from Helsinki you can also travel by train to Salo and continue by bus to Kimitoön. Kimitoön serves as a gateway to the Archipelago Sea National Park. In the southern part of the island, Kasnäs is an important transport hub with ferry and charter boat connections further out into the archipelago.
